A notice also issued to footballer Lionel Messi. Notice Issued to these celebrities is regarding the misleading advertisement of the educational institute.The next hearing of the case will be held on April 12. Actor Shah Rukh Khan appeared before the Muzaffarpur District Consumer Forum through his representative lawyer in the misleading advertisement case. A complaint was filed in the District Consumer Forum against 7 people, including Shah Rukh Khan and footballer Messi, regarding the misleading advertisement of the educational institution. The consumer forum had issued a notice regarding this matter, In which everyone was ordered to attend on 12th January. Regarding this matter, Lawyer S.K. Jha said that Mohammad Shamshad Ahmed had admitted his two sons to a famous institution in Mithanpura, Muzaffarpur, whose fees he already paid on time, but their studies were not going well.
Shamshad Ahmed filed a case against seven people including the director of the organization, its brand ambassador actor Shahrukh Khan, Footballer Messi and his family in the District Consumer Forum. The lawyer said that today lawyers were presented on behalf of Shah Rukh Khan and the organization but Shah Rukh Khan’s lawyer did not produce the original documents, they only brought xerox copies. In such a situation, the next date has been fixed on April 12, in which everyone will have to attend. It is being told that now the case against all 7 people including Shahrukh Khan will continue till the last hearing in this case and if the orders of the court are not followed then the accused will have to go to jail.
