Bollywood’s most popular director Rohit Shetty is currently preparing for the release of his web series ‘Indian Police Force’. Siddharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty, and Vivek Oberoi will be seen doing powerful action in this web show. Rohit Shetty is also busy shooting for ‘Singham Again’ starring Ajay Devgan. Meanwhile, there is a big update about the next installment of Rohit’s comedy film Golmaal franchise.
In an Interview, Rohit Shetty clearly said, “Golmaal 5 will definitely be made.” He said, “I have to make it a little faster. I think you will get Golmaal 5 in the next 2 years”. Rohit said that considering the recent changes in cinema, the next film of the Golmaal franchise will be grander than the rest of the films.
Rohit further said, “I think, in these days and age, cinema should be grand and big compared to films like All the Best and Golmaal, which I made at that time By big I don’t mean action. I can’t add action to Golmaal, but I can increase the scale of the genre. Golmaal has a lot of fans and I am making this brand for the fans. The next Golmaal film should be bigger and better, even though it is a comedy franchise.”
Rohit expressed his desire to make such a film that is not based on his ‘cop-verse’. He said, “Even I feel the need to make a film like ‘Chennai Express’.” If I find a story that is good and grand, then I will make a new film.”
At the same time, fans are eagerly waiting for Rohit’s upcoming series, ‘Indian Police Force’. This series will be released on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video on January 19. Through this web show, Rohit Shetty is making his debut as a director on OTT. Apart from Siddharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty and Vivek Oberoi, Shweta Tiwari, Nikitin Dhir, Rituraj Singh, Mukesh Rishi, and Lalit Parimu are also in leading roles in ‘Indian Police Force’.
