The couple welcomed Malti Marie through surrogacy in January 2022. In a recent interview with, Priyanka revealed that she chose surrogacy due to her medical complications and she said “I had medical problems,”. The actress added, “It was a necessary step, and I am very grateful that I was in a position where I could do it. Our surrogate was so generous, kind, loving, and funny, and she cared for this precious gift for us for six months.”
