Actor-Director Rakesh Roshan’s son Hrithik started his film career in the year 2000 with the film ‘Kaho Na Pyaar Hai’. This film made him an overnight star. Few people know about this Bollywood superstar, who rules millions of hearts, that he had an illness in his childhood, due to which he had to face his father’s reprimands. Hrithik Roshan, who was a child actor, had a passion for acting since his childhood. He always wanted to become an actor, but due to illness, he had to face a lot of difficulties in fulfilling his dream.
Hrithik suffered from stuttering since childhood and could not speak clearly. The actor himself disclosed this in 2009 in Farah Khan’s show Tere Mere Beech Mein. He said that he had this disease since the age of 6. Because of this, he used to shy away from going to school because the children made fun of his illness.
The actor told that this disease stayed with him till the age of 35. In such a situation, his acting career was getting affected because he could not read the film scripts properly. However, later he found a solution to his problem and started receiving speech therapy. These days Hrithik will be next seen in Siddharth Anand’s Fighter alongside Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor.
