Expectations are pouring in as actor Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Konidela welcomed their first child, a daughter. On Monday evening, the actor and his wife were spotted at a hospital in Hyderabad. The hospital newspaper early Tuesday morning reported the news of their child’s birth. The hospital wrote, “Miss Upasana Kamineni and Ram Charan Konidela gave birth to a daughter on June 20, 2023, at Apollo Jubilee Hills Hyderabad Hospital. The baby is doing well with its mother.
Soon after the news broke, fans and netizens took to Instagram and started sending the couple their best wishes. Reports say that the ceremony has already started at Chiranjeevi’s house.
Ram Charan and Upasana announced the pregnancy news in December 2022 which reads “With the blessings of Shri Hanuman Ji, we are happy to share that Upasana and Ram Charan are expecting their first child. With love and regards Surekha & Chiranjeevi Konideli, Shobana & Anil Kamineni (sic)”.
The couple got married in 2012, the happy news came after 11 years of marriage. Netizens were so excited that they called the little girls #megaprincess. It is expected that the couple will go with their in-laws to raise a child. The couple also said that their parents have helped in their growth and they do not want to deprive the child of the love of the grandparents.
On the arrival of his son, Upasana said, “We are all very happy, nervous and worried. Ram is the person I go to when I am very angry or scared. He sat down quietly and said, “Okay, let’s try to figure it out.” I’m sure Ram will do a great job in parenting.
